Even though it was a great weekend with the girls, I am really glad to be home where I can detox, relax, cook my own healthy meals and get back to a “normal” routine.
Today’s lunch menu—Orange-Scented Broccoli

cookbook. I made it almost exactly as written, except I threw in a little hoisin sauce at the end. The broccoli was: DELICIOUS, healthy, easy and only requires a few ingredients!! And--- the best part?!?!
Only 80 calories per serving!!!! Woohoo!!
